Refund Policy

Last updated: August 10, 2026

Po. is free to use. Po+ (Po. Plus) is an optional paid subscription. It is sold only as an in-app purchase through the Apple App Store and Google Play. This page explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work.

One thing to know up front: Apple and Google are the sellers for every purchase made inside the app. They take the payment, they issue the receipt, and they decide most refund requests. Po. never sees or stores your card details.

1. What you are paying for

Po+ may be offered as one plan or as several, with different billing periods and different prices. The plans open to you can differ from the plans open to someone else. What each plan includes, what it costs, and how long each billing period lasts are shown in the app before you subscribe, and again by the App Store or Google Play on the purchase screen, in your own currency.

Whichever plan you pick, it renews automatically. We may add to what Po+ includes over time. If we remove something significant from it, we will tell you first.

2. Free trials

A free trial is not part of every subscription. Trials go to some users and not to others, eligibility is decided automatically, and we cannot add one to your account on request. Before you confirm, the purchase screen in the app tells you whether a trial applies and how long it lasts.

If you are offered a trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Otherwise it turns into a paid subscription and your Apple or Google account is charged automatically.

3. Automatic renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The renewal charge is taken within the 24 hours before the current period ends.

Your subscription keeps renewing until you cancel it. There is no fixed number of periods and no end date.

4. How to cancel

You cancel through the store you bought from, not inside Po. We cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf.

  • iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select Po., then tap Cancel Subscription.
  • Android: open the Google Play app, tap your profile icon, tap Payments and subscriptions, tap Subscriptions, select Po., then tap Cancel subscription.

Deleting Po. does not cancel your subscription. Neither does deactivating or deleting your Po. account. The store keeps charging you until you cancel it there. If you plan to leave Po. for good, cancel the subscription first.

Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not end the period you already paid for, so you keep the paid features until that period runs out.

5. Refunds

Because Apple and Google take the payment, refund requests go to them first.

App Store purchases. Apple handles every refund for purchases made on iPhone or iPad. You ask Apple directly, through the purchase history on your Apple account or through Apple's own report a problem process. Apple Support can point you at the current route. Apple decides the outcome under its own policy. We cannot issue, approve, or reverse an App Store charge, and we cannot overturn Apple's decision.

Google Play purchases. Google lets you request a refund yourself within 48 hours of the charge, from the Google Play app under Payments and subscriptions, then Budget and order history, then the order, then Report a problem. After 48 hours Google may ask you to contact us instead. If that happens, write to us and we will review it, as set out in section 6.

In either case, we can confirm what was purchased and when, which sometimes helps a store review a request. Email support@poapp.social and include the order or transaction ID from your receipt.

6. When we will review a request ourselves

Where the store gives us the ability to act, we look at requests case by case, and we lean toward fixing the problem. We will normally refund when:

  • you were charged twice for the same period;
  • a paid feature did not work for a meaningful stretch of your billing period and we could not fix it;
  • you were charged after cancelling, and the cancellation was recorded correctly;
  • we removed a paid feature you subscribed for and did not replace it.

We will normally not refund for a period you used, for a change of mind after a free trial ended, for not being offered a free trial, or for an account we closed because of a breach of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

Write to support@poapp.social with your order ID and what went wrong. We aim to reply within seven days. If we approve a refund, the store processes it, and the money goes back to the payment method you used. How long that takes is up to your bank or the store, not us.

7. Price changes

We may change the price of Po+. If the price goes up, we will tell you before it takes effect, and Apple and Google will ask for your agreement under their own rules. If you do not agree, cancel before the next renewal and you will not be charged the new price. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

8. If we suspend or close your account

If we restrict, suspend, or terminate your account because you broke our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, your subscription does not stop on its own and you are not entitled to a refund for the rest of the paid period. Cancel it at the store to stop future charges.

If we discontinue Po+ altogether, we will tell you, stop future renewals, and let your current period run out.

9. Tax

Prices shown in the app include Indonesian value added tax where it applies. Apple and Google collect and remit that tax as registered collectors, so any refund is handled on the same terms as the original charge.

10. Your rights under Indonesian law

Nothing on this page limits the rights you have under Indonesian consumer protection law, including Law No. 8 of 1999. Where that law gives you a right we have not described here, that law wins.
